益气活血方对中晚期非小细胞肺癌高凝状态作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血方对中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)高凝状态的作用。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组单纯采用最佳对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予口服中药益气活血方。主要观察两组外周血、出凝血时间、血流变、生存质量、出血、复发转移情况和中医辨证分型疗效。结果:治疗组在血象变化、生存质量改善、中医辨证分型疗效等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方能改善中晚期NSCLC患者的血液高凝状态,在一定程度上提高了患者的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the effect of Chinese Herbs of Qi-invigorating and Blood-activating on hepercoagulable state on terminal stage non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） patients.Methods：60 NSCLC patients were enrolled and randomly divided into research group and control group,30 cases for each group.In the control,patients were treated only with best supportive care（BSC）,however,in research group,patients were treated with BSC plus traditional Chinese herbs of Qi-invigorating and Blood-activating.The condition of peripheral blood,time of bleeding and coagulating,blood rheology,quality of life（QOL） and effect on types of symptoms based on differentiation were assessed.Results：The results revealed that the changes on peripheral blood,QOL and effect on symptoms based on differentiation in research group were all better than those in the control（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese Herbs of Qi-invigorating and Blood-activating had good effect on hepercoagulable state in late stage NSCLC patients,and might play some role of anti-hemotoblasts coagulation and cancer embolus thus it might enhance QOL of patients somehow.
