知识型企业创新导向与企业绩效的关系研究

摘　　要：在随机选取158家知识型企业进行问卷调查的基础上,通过统计分析和结构方程建模技术,对创新导向和企业绩效之间的关系进行检验。研究发现,创新导向对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,并且创新导向更有利于成长绩效的改善。同时,创新导向不仅对企业绩效有直接影响,而且通过创新网络对企业绩效有间接影响。Based on questionnaire survey of 158 knowledge intensive firms, this thesis examines relationship between inno- vation orientation and firm performance through statistical analysis and structural equation model. The conclusion is that in- novation orientation imposes positive influences on firm performance significantly and benefits growth performance more than survival performance. Moreover innovation orientation not only influences firm performance directly but also influences firm performance through innovation network indirectly.
