摘　　要：以专业学科竞赛为有效载体,通过对竞赛管理机制的探讨,使学科竞赛成为航空创新型人才培养的一条有效途径。The university students＇ academic competition has an innovative educational function which is lacking in general teaching. It plays an irreplaceable role in improving students＇ professional and integrated ability, promoting education re- form and creating a good study atmosphere. Regarding academic competition as an effective vector, through the discussion on the mechanism of competition management, this article puts forward that academic competition is an efficient method to train innovative aeronautics talents.
