摘　　要：针对物流战略联盟中存在的两大主要风险:关系风险和绩效风险,进行细分,提出11个二级风险指标。在此基础上,构建BP(Back Propagation)神经网络模型,阐述基于BP神经网络模型进行物流战略联盟风险评估的具体原理和步骤,并借助MATLAB软件进行仿真训练和验证。结合实例验证该方法可以用来对物流战略联盟进行风险评估。There are two major risks among strategic alliance： one is relational risk, and the other is performance risk. In total, there are 11 secondary risks. Based on this, a BP neural network model on strategic alliance of logistic enterprises risk assessment has been built. And then the principles and steps of it have been explained. After all of it, MATLAB soft- ware can be used to simulate training. Finally, a practice analysis is used to verify that this method can be used to assess risks of logistic strategic alliance.
