摘　　要：分析论文产出力、影响力评价对科研工作者本人及所属机构的作用;介绍基于中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)的机构/个人数字图书馆(O&I DL)的论文产出力、影响力评价方法。This paper analyzes the effect of the productivity and influence of scientific papers on scientific researchers themselves and their respective institutions. It also introduces evaluation methods about the productivity and influence of scientific papers based on CNKI organization / individual digital library （O＆ I DL）.
