中药外用制剂皮肤过敏动物实验模型及评价指标研究探讨

摘　　要：药物在使用过程中具有两重性:治疗作用和副作用。中药外用制剂的安全性通常较口服和注射剂高,而容易被忽视其副作用,尤其是中药外用制剂临床前安全性评价中,对其致敏性问题,目前研究的较少。通过查阅国内外相关文献,对国内常用的豚鼠背部模型和小鼠耳廓模型及评价指标,进行系统总结、分析,找出存在的问题。同时,借鉴国外研究者研究用小型猪耳廓模型和猴背部模型,综合其优缺点,探讨适用于提高外用制剂过敏反应评价准确性的动物实验方法。以期为中药外用制剂临床前安全性评价提供参考,为减少中药外用制剂过敏反应的发生提供借鉴。同时,希望引起有关专家和学者对中药外用制剂引发皮肤过敏反应这一问题的重视。Drug has a dual nature during use： therapeutic effects and side effects.The safety property of Chinese herb external preparations are usually higher than oral and injection preparations,it is easier to ignore its side effects,especially before we used,we don＇t know whether it will induce our skin allergy or not.Currently,there are few studies on how to predict the safety of external preparations.After read lots of domestic and foreign literatures,this study summarized a feasibility animal test program which can be used to predict the occurrence of external preparation allergic reactions,and this program can provide a reference to research the safety of external preparation.At the same time,it is significant to arouse the attention of experts and scholars on the topical of skin allergic reactions caused by external preparation.
