摘 要:目的:考察用β-环糊精包合胡柚皮CO2超临界萃取油的工艺条件。方法:以包合物收率和油利用率的综合评分作为评价指标,选择胡柚皮油与β-环糊精的用量比(v/w)、包合温度及搅拌时间为主要影响因素,进行L9(34)正交试验,优化包合胡柚皮油的工艺条件;采用紫外分光光度法、红外分光光度法及X-射线衍射法对包合物进行验证与鉴别。结果:最佳包合工艺条件为胡柚皮油与β-环糊精的用量比1:8,包合温度50℃,搅拌时间2h。包合物形成了新的物象。结论:胡柚皮油的β-环糊精包合工艺合理、可行,有效地提高了胡柚皮油的稳定性。Objective: To investigate the β-cyclodextrin inclusion technique conditions of oil extracted from Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B Peels by Supercritical CO2 fluid.Methods: The L9(34) orthogonal design was applied to determine the optimal condition of the inclusion process with the oil utilization efficiency and inclusion yield as the evaluating indicator,using three indexes including the using amount and ratio of oil to β-cyclodextrin(v/w),inclusion temperature and stirring time as the investigation factors.The inclusion complex powders were examined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,infrared spectrophotometry and X-ray diffraction.Results: The optimum conditions for the inclusion were as follows: the ratio of the oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1:8,the inclusion temperature was at 50℃,and the stirring time was 2h,resulting in the formation of inclusion complex.Conclusion: The optimum conditions for the inclusion are steady and feasible,which can effectively improve the stability of the oil extracted from Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B Peels by Supercritical CO2 fluid.
