22例有多个不同病理分级区域的星形细胞瘤中P^(53)表达与PCNA表达的关系

摘　　要：一些研究的结论认为P53表达与反映细胞增殖活性PCNA显著相关，提示P53表达与PCNA表达联合运用，可为星形细胞瘤的预后判断提供依据。本研究对22例存在多个不同病理分级区域的星形细胞瘤的P53及PCNA表达间的相互关系进行了研究。结果说明：PCNA能较准确地反映肿瘤的恶性进展过程。而P53仅在部分病例中与肿瘤的恶性进展过程有关。It was proved that expression of P53 was markedly correlated with PCNA reflecting cell - proliferation. Theexpression of P53 with PCNA suggested evidence of Astrocytoma Prognosis. 22 Astrocytoma with Varying Degrees Pathology Area were selected to study the relation between the expression of P53 and of PCAN. The resultsshowed that PCAN can suggest the development of Astocytoma more truly, but P53 Was correlated with the development of Astocytoma partly.
