中医药联合化疗治疗胃癌术后的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药联合化疗治疗胃癌术后的临床疗效。方法:将2006年6月～2010年6月我科收治的96例II～III期胃癌术后患者随机分为单纯化疗组(48例)和中药联合化疗组(48例)。观察患者术后1、2、3年生存率与复发率,同时采用Karnofsky评分标准评估患者化疗前后的生活质量。结果:两组患者术后1,2年生存率、复发率无显著性差异(P>0.05),而术后3年,联合化疗组的生存率显著高于单纯化疗组,复发率显著低于单纯化疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后比较,单纯化疗组Karnofsky评分无明显变化,联合化疗组明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,联合化疗组Karnofsky评分明显高于单纯化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药联合化疗治疗胃癌术后患者,可减轻化疗毒副反应,降低肿瘤的复发,改善患者生活质量。Objective：To explore clinical effect of chemotherapy combined with Chinese medicine on the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer patients.Methods：96 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients who received treatment in our hospital from 2003.6～2006.6 were randomly divided into two groups,including 48 cases of chemotherapy group,48 cases of combined group.The 1-year,2-year,3-year survival rate and recurrence rate after operation were observed,and the quality of life was assessed by Karnofsky scores before and after treatment.Result：one-year,two-year survival rate and recurrence rate after operation were not significantly different（P〈0.05）,while the difference was significant at 3-year after operation（P〈0.05）.Compared with chemotherapy group,the 3-year survival rate after operation was higher and the responding recurrence rate after operation was lower,they were statistically different（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference on the Karnofsky scores in chemotherapy group before and after treatment,while the difference was significant in combined group（P〈0.05）.The Karnofsky scores in combined group was significantly higher that in chemotherapy group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Chemotherapy combined with Chinese medicine for treatment of postoperative gastric cancer can contribute to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and the rate of recurrence,and improve the quality of life.
