摘　　要：目的探讨MMP-7和c-myc基因在食管癌发生中的作用及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测MMP-7和c-myc基因在19例早期食管癌、20例异型增生以及10例正常食管黏膜标本中的表达。结果 MMP-7和c-myc基因在早期癌中的表达均高于正常食管黏膜(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-7和c-myc基因与食管癌的发生有关,他们的变化是食管癌发生中的早期事件。Objective To study the effect of MMP-7 and c-myc Gene in esophageal carcinogenesis and their relationship.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expressions of MMP-7 and c-myc Gene in 19 cases of early esophageal carcinoma,20 cases of dysplasia and 10 cases of normal esophageal mucous. Results The expression of MMP-7 and c-myc Gene were both lower in early esophageal carcinoma than in normal esophageal mucous（P0.05）.Conclusion MMP-7 and c-myc Gene are related to esophageal carcinogenesis,and their changes are early events in esophageal carcinogenesis.
