0.4mm不锈钢丝牙间连续结扎加颌间弹性牵引颌骨骨折复位固定临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价0.4mm不锈钢丝牙间连续结扎加颌间弹性牵引治疗颌骨骨折。方法用0.4mm不锈钢丝行牙间连续结扎,并在牙间制作出牵引钩,用小橡皮环套在制定的牵引钩上行弹性牵引,逐渐使上、下颌牙齿恢复至正常咬合关系,从而复位并固定骨折的颌骨。结果患者运用该方法治疗后骨折愈合良好,咬合关系及面貌恢复良好。结论该方法可较好地复位并固定颌骨骨折,术后治疗效果好,不需要特殊设备,操作简单易于掌握,治疗效果确切可靠,无需住院,费用低,病人易接受,便于各级医院推广。Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of using the continuous 0.4mm stainless steel wire interdental ligation intermaxillary elastic traction to treat jaw fractures.Methods with 0.4mm stainless steel wire-line method to ligate continuously between the teeth,and produce traction hook between teeth,with a small rubber ring set up in the development of the elasticity of the traction hook traction,gradually make the lower teeth back to normal occlusion,and finally reset fixed fractures of the jaw. Results Patients with this method fractures got better healed,and the occlusion and the appearance of a good recovery.Conclusion The method may be better to jaw fracture reduction and fixation,because of its good postoperative treatment,no need to require special equipment,easy to grasp,precise and reliable treatment,without hospitalization,low cost,easy to accept the patient,it will be convenient to promote at all levels of hospital.
