摘 要:对成都发动机(集团)有限公司某型TRT机组的进气蜗壳流道进行了三维数值仿真研究,在分析和揭示其内部三维流动特征的基础上,对其进行了多轮气动优化设计。在满足总体结构设计的基础上,得到较优的进气通道气动方案,给出了其在不同流量下的性能,并与原方案进行了对比。结果显示:气动优化设计后的进气流道气动性能明显高于原方案,出口截面流场较为均匀,总压恢复系数均在0.995以上,表明本文气动优化设计是成功的。The three-dimensional numerical simulation study was made on air inlet scroll casing flow channel of a certain type of TRT unit of AVIC Chengdu Engine(Group) Co.,Ltd.Based on analysis and revelation of the internal three-dimensional flow characters,the aerodynamic optimization designs of air inlet scroll casing flow channel were conducted.On the basis of meeting the needs of the overall structure design,a better aerodynamic scheme of inlet channel was achieved and its performance under different flow was understood.This scheme was compared with the original scheme.The results showed that the aerodynamic performance of the inlet channel of optimization design was obviously higher than that of the original.The outlet section flow field was even.The total pressure recovery coefficient was above 0.995.These indicated that the aerodynamic optimization design was successful.
