摘　　要：在万向集团,父亲鲁冠球坐的是VOLVO——全球安全系数最高的轿车。儿子鲁伟鼎选择的是讲求速度与驾驶快感的BMW。车如其人。在经营操作中,鲁伟鼎讲速度、有闯劲,冲在第一线;鲁冠球则经常往后拉一拉,严格地掌控着企业的安全系数。As the only child of Lu Guanqiu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wanxiang Group, China’s largest auto parts supplier, Lu Weiding took up the presidency as early as when he finished his education in Singapore at the age of 23 in 1994. Currently, after finishing his MBA study in the U.S., he takes the position as CEO of Wanxiang Group, and becomes the steersman of the family business. Full-fledged after his study in the U.S., he turns his eyes to the global capital market. He has proved to be far-sighted, courageous, and with a strong sense of capital operation with his later moves. In 2010, Lu Weiding became the Chairman of the Board of Minsheng Life Insurance Co., Ltd. He may not have achieved the success if it were not for his father Lu Guanqiu, who gradually leads him from copying the entrepreneurial business pattern to becoming a modern entrepreneur. Doubtlessly, years of study, the father’s personal instruction and the experience he gets from the capital market have done a lot good to Lu Weiding, and he has become a capital veteran among the 'business second generation'.
