摘  要:目的探讨神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗改善脑外伤后认知功能障碍的疗效。方法对2005年10月-2009年8月在我院住院治疗的90例脑外伤并认知功能障碍患者,以常规治疗为对照,进行随机双盲配对试验,观察应用神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗并进行对比分析。伤后1周内给药联合高压氧治疗,于用药前、用药后1周、3周进行简易智能精神状态表(MMSE)评分和临床观察。结果常规组与治疗组(神经节苷脂联合高压氧)对比发现用药后第3周MMSE评分显著升高(p〈0.05)。3周后治疗组认知功能障碍完全康复率为92.45%,显著高于常规治疗组的54.05%(P〈0.05)。结论早期应用神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗对改善脑外伤后认知功能障碍有明显疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of gangliosides injection for the patients with cognitive dysfunction in the early stage after traumatic brain injury. Methods 90 patients with acute traumatic brain injury in my hospital from October 2005 to August 2009 were randomly assigned to conventional treatment or gangliosides treatment and followed by a double-blind control trial. The gangliosides group were treated with gangliosides injection within a week after injury. Assessment of their cognitive function with Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) was performed before treatment and 1, 3 weeks after treatment, respectively. Results The scores of MMSE 3 weeks after treatment in the gangliosides group were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group (P〈 0.05). The complete improvement rate of cognitive dysfunction in the gangliosides group (92.45%) was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group (54.05%)(P〈 0.05). ConeLusion The early usage of gangliosides is obviously efficient in improving the cognitive dysfunction after traumatic brain injury.
