胃癌患者XIAP、XIAP mRNA表达与新辅助化疗疗效的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者X染色体连锁的凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)、XIAP mRNA表达与新辅助化疗疗效的关系。方法选择行新辅助化疗的胃癌患者30例,根据其临床疗效及胃组织病理检查分为有效组14例、无效组16例,并设10例胃炎患者的正常胃组织作对照。采用RT-PCR、Western-blot技术检测各组胃组织中的XIAP mRNA、XIAP表达。结果对照组胃组织XIAP mRNA、XIAP表达明显低于有效组、无效组(P均<0.01),有效组高于无效组(P<0.01)。结论 XIAP mRNA、XIAP表达可能成为胃癌新辅助化疗患者的药物筛选指标之一。Objective To observe the relationship between the effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and the expression of XIAP mRNA and protein of gastric cancer patients.Methods Thirty gastric cancer patients were collected and divided into effective chemotherapy group including 14 patients,ineffective chemotherapy group including 16 patients and normal control group including 10 patients.Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） and Western blotting were applied to detect the expression levels of XIAP mRNA and protein.Results The mean expression levels of XIAP mRNA and XIAP protein in normal control group were significantly lower than those in effective chemotherapy group and ineffective chemotherapy group（P0.01）.The mean expression level of XIAP mRNA and XIAP protein in effective chemotherapy group were significantly higher than those in ineffective chemotherapy group（P0.01）.Conclusion XIAP mRNA and XIAP protein may have important effects in neoadjuvant chemotherapy of gastric cancer patients.
