摘　　要：目的：根据聚苯乙烯乳胶对蛋白质的良好吸附性能，通过对乳胶的化学改性，使其能够同人胎盘泌乳素（Ｈｕｍａｎｐｌａｃｅｔａｌｌａｃｔｏｇｅｎ，ＨＰＬ） 抗血清牢固联接。方法：利用乳胶作为联接ＨＰＬ抗血清的载体，同孕妇血清进行凝集反应。根据血清的稀释倍数，半定量测定出ＨＰＬ的浓度。结果：经过对１８３ 例足月孕妇血清测定，并同时与单向免疫扩散法做相关性比较，两者呈高度相关，相关系数ｒ ＝ ０．６１１，Ｐ＜ ０．００１。结论：此方法可以作为围产期检查胎盘功能的一种新方法。Objective:According tothe property of polystyrene latexthatcan adsorb Proteins perfectly anti HPLserum was combined withlatexthat was modified Chemically. Methods:Latexthat waslinked with anti hplserum can actasacarrierthat willagglutinate whenit reacts with pregnancy’serum .TheconcentrationofHPLwillbe analyzed halfquantitativelybyserum dilution.Results: Weanalyzed183 cas es pregnancys’serums usinglatex agglutination andimmunodiffusion .Theresultsshowthatthesetwo methodshave high correlations,the cor relation coefficientr=0 .611(p<0 .001) .Conclusion:Indicatedthatthelatex agglutination kitcould be a new methodto detect peripartum placentalfunction.
