摘  要:本试验采用菌丝生长速率法测定了重楼Paris polyphylla的苯、无水乙醚、乙酸乙酯、乙醇提取物对柑桔链格孢菌Alternaria citri、柑桔褐腐疫霉菌Phytophthora citrophthora、柑桔炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides等3种病原菌的抑制活性。结果表明,在50mg.mL-1浓度下各提取物均有抑制作用,其中重楼乙醇提取物对柑桔炭疽菌的抑制率达100%,EC50为0.697 1mg.mL-1。显微观察发现,重楼乙醇提取物处理后的柑桔炭疽菌菌丝出现分隔减少、畸形等变化。对重楼乙醇提取物进行抑菌活性成分分离和鉴定,推测其主要抑菌成分为皂苷类物质。Extracts from Rhizoma Paridis were measured in laboratory for their activities against Alternaria citri,Phytophthora citrophthora and Colletorichum gloeosporioides using growth rate methods.Four different solvents,benzene,anhydrous ether,ethyl acetate and ethanol were used in the preparation of the extracts.The results showed that all extracts had anti-fungal activities when used at the concentration of 50 mg·mL^-1.The ethanol extract exhibited a 100% of growth inhibition to C.gloeosporioides with a EC50 of 0.697 1 mg·mL^-1.Under microscopy,the fungal mycelium treated with the ethanol extract was found to be deformed,decolored and reduced in the number of septa.An initial analysis of the ethanol extract indicated that the antifungal materials are saponins.
