摘　　要：国际产业分工深化的同时,构筑起全球价值链条和价值网络。嵌入其中的中国企业居于价值链条和价值网络的低端位置,其发展和能力的提升长期受限,形成了价值链条和价值网络上的两个低端锁定。已有学术研究致力于从不同视角和方法上突破价值链条上的低端锁定,而对于价值网络低端锁定的研究有所欠缺,然而后者对中国企业成长更为重要。本文在全球价值网络体系下探索并推进企业在价值链条和价值网络上的协同发展,即"突破两个低端锁定,融合两个升级"。基于价值链条的研发区段、制造区段、营销区段和营运区段,构筑相应的升级路径:沿着价值链条升级,即从价值链条的低端制造区段向高端研发区段、营销区段和营运区段升级;沿着价值网络升级,即从各区段价值网络层次的最低端,沿着模块供应商→系统集成商→规则设计商纵向升级。价值链条、价值网络上的节点企业,既可以选择横向价值链条升级的"-"字型成长模式,又可以选择纵向价值网络升级的"|"字型成长模式,还可以选择构建混合升级的"+"字型成长模式,纵横同步推进中国企业全面成长。When the international industry division deepens, the global value chain and global value network are constructed. Chinese enterprise, which embeds value chain and value network, is in the two low-locked condition of value chain and value network because its development and ability＇s promoting is limited over a long time. Although there has been the academic research concentrates on breaking through value chain low-locked with angle of views and methods, the more important value network low-locked research is deficient. This article values the harmonious development, ＂break through the two low-locked, and syncretize the two upgrading＂. Based on four sections of value chain, we construct homologous upgrading paths： first the value chain upgrading, from the low level manufacturing section to the upper level of development, marketing, and operating section; second the value network upgrading, section value network upgrading paths is, module-maker-Integrator-designer. Node enterprise which is developing at the ＂＋＂ crossing, can choose the horizontal value chain upgrading of ＂-＂ growth mode; the vertical value network upgrading of ＂I＂ growth mode; and the mixed upgrading of ＂＇＋＂ growth mode. Promote vertical and horizontal upgrading synchronously, and push forward the overall development of Chinese enterprise.
