摘　　要：高校搜查权的存在有其必要性,但是高校搜查权的过度行使,则有可能给学生的隐私权造成不必要的伤害。针对高校搜查权的现状与实施中存在的问题,提出必须要对高校搜查权进行必要的限制,以便于更好地保护学生的合法权益。The existing of the right college search is necessary,but the excessive exercise of the right of college search is likely to cause unnecessary harm to the student＇s privacy.Aiming at the status quo of search right of colleges and the problems of implementation,the article proposed that it＇s necessary to restrict the search fight of colleges,so as to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of students.
