综合疗养因子改善患者抑郁状态的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察多种疗养因子治疗抑郁状态患者的临床效果。方法用24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对1562名疗养员进行筛选,其中147名存在抑郁状态,139名完成为期30d的综合疗养因子康复治疗。结果治疗后处于严重抑郁状态的37例患者减少为0例,中或轻度抑郁状态的102例减少为28例,111例转为无抑郁状态,抑郁状态消失率为79.86%。结论综合疗养因子能减少负性精神情绪的干扰、促进身心健康的恢复,具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effects of using various convalescent factors to treat patients in depressive state. Methods Use 24 items of HAMD to screen 1 562 convalescents, among whom 147 are in depressive state, and 139 have finished a 30-day comprehensive convalescent factors rehabilitation therapy.Results Atter the therapy,the number of the patients in severe depressive state decreases from 37 to zero,the number of the patients in medium and light depressive state decreases from 102 to 28, and 111 patients turn to be in no depressive state.The disappearance rate of depressive state is 79.86 % .Conclusion Comprehensive convalescent factors have a fine curative effect on reducing the disturbance of negative emotions and can promote the recovery of physical and psychological health.
