摘　　要：目的探讨活动期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血小板计数的变化及临床意义,明确UC患者是否存在高凝状态,PLT能否作为评估UC活动度的指标。方法统计分析51例活动期UC患者及20例健康对照的PLT、PT、FIB结果,分析UC患者PLT与炎症指标(ESR、CRP)相关性。结果活动期UC患者PLT高于对照组,具有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。按疾病活动程度分组后比较,组间比较具有显著差异性(P<0.01)。活动期UC患者PT与对照组相比无统计学差异,但病例组中FIB高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示PLT与ESR及CRP呈正相关(相关系数分别为0.589;0.413)。结论活动期UC患者存在高凝状态,PLT与UC活动度相关,可能作为UC活动度评价指标之一。Aim To evaluate the changes of platelet count in patients with active ulcerative colitis（UC） and its clinical significance.To investigate whether UC patients were in hypercoagulabale statet or not and whether platelet count could be used to evaluate ulcerative colitis activity.Methods 51 active UC patients and 20 healthy controls were admitted.The values of PLT,PT and FIB of the patients and healthy control were all analyzed.In addition,the relationship between PLT and inflammatory markers（ESR and CRP） of UC patients were investigated.Results The PLT count and FIB values in all active UC patients were significantly higher than the healthy control（P〈0.05）.However,PT values were no significant difference between the two groups.In the UC group,PLT count were remarkable different depending on the activity of UC（P〈0.01）,and have a positive relationship between ESR and CRP values（R= 0.589;0.413,respectively）.Conclusion UC patients were in hypercoagulable state,PLT counts have a positive relationship between ESR and CRP values and could be used to evaluate UC activity.
