摘　　要：特色化发展是地方大学的生命所在,是地方大学赖以生存的根基、人才培养的需要、服务区域社会的抓手、办学国际化的资本。地方大学实施特色化发展的实现路径是具有法制及财政保证,在办学思想与办学定位上有自身的特色、办学专业与办学途径的地方特色化。The development of local universities lies in their local characteristics, which is the foundation of existence for local universities, training needs for talented people, the starting point for the community service as well as the means for running local universities in the process of internationalization. The path for realization of the development of local universities with local characteristics is to obtain legal and financial guarantees, and their philosophy and objectives for schooling are characterized with their own characteristics, their specialities and their shooling also reflect these local characteristics.
