摘　　要：高校联盟的创建对联盟高校的办学产生重大影响,辅导员作为教师和管理人员的一部分,进行工作模式的创新,对高校联盟的深入发展具有重要意义。高校联盟辅导员工作模式创新,首先要研究辅导员工作模式的涵义;其次分析高校联盟对高校办学的影响;最后,在新的条件下创新辅导员工作模式主要体现在模式要素构成创新和要素具体内容创新。Bing created of college alliance has a significant impact on education of college in college alliance. The instructors is the part of the teachers and administration staff. The innovation of the instructors work mode has important sense in further development of college alliance. For innovation of the instructors work mode in college alliance, it is first to study the meaning of instructors work mode; it is secondly to analysis the influence on education of college alliance; Finally, innovation of instructors work mode includes the innovation of model elements and the innovation of specific content for elements in the new conditions.
