和谐校园视域下高校公共危机预防机制建设

摘　　要：高校在构建和谐社会的进程中具有举足轻重的地位,高校公共危机具有后果严重、影响广泛、影响期长的特点。本文以构建和谐校园为背景,以适应高等教育大众化趋势为前提,准确定位高校公共危机的内涵,并针对高校公共危机预防机制的建设现状进行分析,提出进一步完善预防机制的建议。Universities play an important role in the process of building a harmonious society;the campus public crisis has the features of serious consequences,wide influence and long time effect.This paper,based on the background of building a harmonious campus and accommodating the popularization trend of university education,accurately defined the connotation of university public crisis,analyses the status of construction of public crisis prevention mechanism for universities,and proposed the suggestions for bettering prevention mechanism.
