高校理工科院系“预就业”模式研究——以江苏技术师范学院“三三三预就业”模式为例

摘　　要：从增强高等学校理工科院系学生的就业能力着手,在借鉴美国、日本等国家的成功经验的基础上,以江苏技术师范学院为例,构建和研究"三选拔、三阶段、三培养"的"三三三预就业"模式,以增强毕业生的就业能力,加深用人单位与高校毕业生之间的契合度,提高大学生的就业成功率。This article embarks from enhancing the colleges graduates＇ employment ability,based on the successful experience of America,Japan and other countries,taking Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology as an example,construct and study the model of ＂three selections,three phases and three trainings＂,the ＂333＂ pre-employment pattern,strengthening the students employment ability,deepening the compatible degree between the enterprise and the graduates,so as to improve the success rate of employment.
