摘　　要：构建亚麻纺织企业持续发展能力指标体系的目的是评价亚麻纺织企业具有持续发展能力的强弱。为了确保评价结果的合理可靠性,在构建针对亚麻企业持续发展能力评价指标体系时,在理论研究、比较研究和影响因素分析的基础上采用了目标层次分类展开法、因果法和复合法三种方法,并充分兼顾了系统性、科学性、客观性和可操作性原则。通过指标的鉴别力分析和相关性分析对评价指标进行筛选,最终形成企业持续持续发展能力评价的指标体系,主要包括学习创新能力、综合竞争能力、外部协调能力7个要素层。Setting up indicator system aims to evaluate the sustainable development ability of linen textile enterprises. To guarantee the reliability of evaluation results, when establishing the evaluation indicator system, we apply target classification of hierarchical model, causality, and compound, as well as systematic, scientific, objective, and operable principles, based on theoretical and comparative re- search and influential factor analysis. Through correlation and dlscriminability analyses to select evaluation indicators, we constitute a fins] indicator system on sustainable development ability of enterprises, including seven factors, i.e. learning creativity, comprehensive competitiveness, external coordinative ability, etc.
