摘　　要：男性骨质疏松症并不少见,但应注意对其病因的鉴别诊断。本文报道并分析1例非分泌型多发性骨髓瘤所致严重骨质疏松症、合并多发病理性骨折的少见病例,旨在提请临床医师重视骨质疏松症的鉴别诊断,尤其是肿瘤所致骨质疏松症,以提高骨质疏松症的临床疗效。Male osteoporosis is not rare skeletal disease, however, doctors always ignore the differentiation diagnosis of osteoporosis. Therefore, we present a rare case with serious osteoporosis and multiple pathological fractures in- duced by non secretory multiple myeloma, in order to remind doctors attention to differentiation diagnosis of osteoporosis, especially to osteoporosis induced by malignant tumor.
