1例多次椎体成形术带来的思考

摘　　要：1名65岁女性因为脊柱反复发生骨折,2年内先后4次共8个椎体接受了椎体成形术。在骨质疏松专科就医被诊断为多发性骨髓瘤,经相应治疗病情缓解。本病例提示,在骨质疏松症的诊疗过程中必须重视继发性骨质疏松的筛查,加强多学科合作,加强骨质疏松专科的建设才能更好地诊疗骨质疏松。An 65 years old women, who has received 4 times of vertebroplasty in total 8 vertebraes, during 2 years because of multiple vertebral fractures. She was diagnosed as mutiple myeloma until admitted to our hospital and improved after anti multiple myeloma. The case indicated the importance of screening in secondary osteoporosis during the process of diagnosis and the treatment of osteoporosis. In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis it is importance to enhance cooperation in difference specialities. The best method was to establish the osteoporosie faeulity clinic.
