摘　　要：农业建设项目绩效评价多是基于"后评价"的,对于这种一次性的建设行为的评价具有局限性。本文试图引入农业建设项目"过程绩效"及其评价的研究范式,通过建立农业建设项目过程绩效评价模型,解析农业建设项目建设实施各阶段的具体子过程,并据此展开过程绩效评价。本文同时给出了农业建设项目过程绩效评价结果的应用,为从过程绩效评价的角度来改善农业建设项目管理绩效提供一种新的思路。Performance measurement of multi-agricultural construction project is based on ＂post-evaluation＂,The behavioral of construction of this one-time assessment has limitations.This paper attempts to introduce agricultural construction project ＂process performance＂ and its evaluation paradigm,through the establishment of performance process measurement system（PPMS）,resolution of construction and implementation of agricultural projects at all stages of the specific sub-process,and thus expand the process of performance measurement.This paper also gives the process of agricultural development project performance measurement results of the application,the process of performance evaluation from the perspective to improve the performance of agricultural construction project management.
