摘 要:以空心率、名义含钢率、长细比、内钢管径厚比为主要参数,利用有限元软件ANSYS对方中空夹层钢管混凝土柱在轴力和水平荷载作用下进行了非线性有限元计算,以考察不同影响因素对方中空夹层钢管混凝土柱实际受力性能的影响。试验表明:与普通方钢管混凝土柱相比,方中空夹层钢管混凝土柱承载力有了明显的提高,刚度也有所提高。名义含钢率和长细比是方中空夹层钢管混凝土柱设计的主要影响因素,实际工程中要严格控制这两个参数。方中空夹层钢管混凝土柱达到极限荷载后,仍表现出良好的延性和后期变形能力,其受力性能明显优于方钢管混凝土柱,是一种优良的结构形式,它能够满足人们对现代结构安全性和适用性的要求。Considering the hollow section ratio,the nominal steel ratio,the slenderness ratio,the ratio of pipe diameter and thickness as the main parameters,the finite element software ANSYS was applied to conduct a nonlinear finite element simulation on the Concrete-filled rectangular double skin steel tubular columns in the axial and horizontal loads,in order to investigate the effects of different factors to actual mechanical properties of concrete-filled rectangular double skin steel tubular columns.Results showed that:Comparing to the ordinary concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular columns the Concrete-filled rectangular double skin steel tubular columns capacity has been significantly improved,the stiffness was also improved.The nominal steel ratio and slenderness ratio were the main factors in designing concrete-filled rectangular double skin steel tubular columns,and in the real project these two parameters must be strictly contrlled.When concrete-filled rectangular double skin steel tubular columns reached the limit load,it still showed good ductility and deformation capacity,and it had superior mechanical properties than concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular columns,It can meet the requirements of modern structural safety and suitability,so it is considered a superior structure.
