肠道多发性淋巴瘤性息肉病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肠道多发性淋巴瘤性息肉病(MLP)的临床病理特点、免疫表型及预后。方法运用组织形态及免疫组化研究1例发生肠道多发性淋巴瘤性息肉病患者的临床资料,并结合文献进行分析讨论。结果肠道多发性淋巴瘤性息肉病、右半结肠、直肠分别见多发性息肉。形态学表现见肿瘤性淋巴细胞呈弥漫型及结节型生长。瘤细胞免疫表型:CK-pan(-),LCA(+),CD20(+),CD10(-),CD45RO(-),CD5(+),cyclin(+),κ(-),λ(+)。结论多发性淋巴瘤性息肉病具有独特的病理大体表现,形态学特点、免疫表型,应与其他类型淋巴瘤相鉴别,具有恶性生物学行为,预后较差,是否化疗可能与预后差别不大。Objective To explore the pathological characteristics,immunological manifestations and prognosis of intestinal multiple lymphomatous polyposis （MLP）.Methods Studied one case of MLP via histomorphological and immunohistochemical methods combining with the related documents.Results Multiple polyposis were found in right colons and recta respectively;tumor specific lymphocyte showed diffuse and erythema growth under morphological observations.The immunophenotypes of the tumor cells were：CKpan（-）,LCA（＋）,CD20（＋）,CD10（-）,CD45RO（-）,CD5（＋）,cyclin（＋）,κ（-）,λ（＋）.Conclusion Multiple lymphomatous polyposis has special histological manifestations,morphological characters and immunophenotypes,which should be distinguished from other types of lymphomas,it bears biological properties and chemotherapy will not bring about obvious differences to prognosis.
