摘　　要：在法律英语中,模糊性是个普遍存在的现象,模糊词语大量存在。以模糊词语为研究对象,用模糊集里的隶属度对翻译过程进行量化分析,找出最佳的译法,从而最大限度地帮助翻译过程的科学化和精确化。In legal English, fussy phenomena are common in actual use. This paper tries to investigate fuzzy words with the subjection approach and tries to find the most proper version based on the quantitative analysis, so that the translation process can be scientific and precise to a large extent.
