摘　　要：篮球是一项在我国开展十分普及的群众体育活动。投篮技术是篮球运动最基本而又关键的技术,而原地单手肩上投篮是各种投篮方法的基础,容易学习掌握,出手点高,便于结合和转换其它攻击运作、在不同距离和位置上均可以应用的优点。为了提高单手肩上投篮的准确性,应加强体育教学的规范性,使投篮技术动作更加正确、合理、协调、稳定。Basketball is popular with masses in China.Shooting technology is the basic and key technology of basketball.Push shot is the basic,which is easy to master,and is convenient to combine and transformer other attacks,can be used at different position.For improving the accuracy of push shot,we should strengthen the standard of sports teaching to make it correct,reasonable,harmony and stable.
