摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济条件下,市场需求的多样性必然要求人才类型的多样性。然而,当前高校的人才培养活动中,却存在着目标定位趋同,教学方式单一的弊病。针对这一问题,本文提出高校人才培养的其基本原则,如目标定位要多元化,教学方式要体现出多样性。Under the condition of socialist market economy,the diversity of market demand requires the diversity of talent categories.However,the orientation is similar and the teaching way is unitary in talent training of colleges.Aiming at the above problems,the article puts forward the basic principle of talent training of colleges,such as orientation should be multiple,teaching way should be various.
