SFE-CGC用均匀设计法测定白蚀丸和白癜风胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量

摘　　要：目的： 建立超临界流体萃取（ＳＦＥ） 技术和毛细管气相色谱（ＣＧＣ） 非在线联用技术测定中成药白蚀丸和白癜风胶囊中的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。方法： 采用均匀设计法和多元回归分析确定影响超临界流体萃取效率的主效应及适宜的操作条件并以ＣＧＣ 法进行定量。结果： 白蚀丸和白癜风胶囊分别含补骨脂素０－１２１ ％ 及０－０５５ ％ ， 异补骨脂素０－１２５ ％ 及０－０３４ ％ ， 结论： ＳＦＥ－ＣＧＣ 法测定白蚀丸和白癜风胶囊中有效成分快速可靠、准确灵敏。Objective:A method based on the off-line coupling of SFE and CGC has been developed for quantitative analysis of effective components in Baishiwan and Baidianfengjiaonang Method:The uniform designing method and polyregression are used to determine main effect and the optimum operation conditions, quantitative analysis being processed by CGC Results:The contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in Baishiwan and Baidianfengjiaonang are 0 121%, 0 055%and 0 125%, 0 034% respectively Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid and accurate in the quality control of Baishiwan and Baidianfengjiaonang
