摘 要:建立了一种顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱法(HS-SPME-GC)测定地下水中硝基苯的分析方法.对萃取温度、萃取时间及解析时间等萃取条件进行了优化.结果表明用75μm的CAR/PDMS萃取涂层对地下水中的硝基苯萃取效果较好,硝基苯在10~1 000 ug/L的浓度范围内线性关系较好,方法检出限为1.0μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.33%(n=5),回收率为86.3%~96.8%.方法适合地下水中微量硝基苯的测定.A new method for the determination of nitrobenzene in groundwater has been established by coupling Headspace Solid-phase Mieroextraction (HS-SPME) with gas chromatography. Extraction conditions, such as extraction temperature, extraction time and desorption time were optimized. The results showed that a SPME fiber coated with 75 um CAR/PDMS was used to extract nitrobenzene from groundwater with satisfactory results. The linear ranges of nitrobenzene were from 10 to 1 000 ug/L. The detection limit and the relative standard deviation were 1.0 ug/L and 2.33% ( N = 5 ) , respectively. The recoveries were from 86.3% to 96. 8%, The method has been used for the detection of trace nitrobenzene in groundwater.
