生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的疗效及治疗中的体会。方法对46例符合罗马Ⅲ标准的功能性便秘的患者进行生物反馈治疗,治疗前后进行临床评估、肛管直肠测压检查。结果生物反馈治疗后患者临床症状改善,直肠感知阈值、直肠最大耐受量、肛管直肠抑制反射阈值增高(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈治疗功能性便秘是安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To assess the clinic effect of biofeedback treatment for functional constipation. Methods All of 46 patients were enlisted to take the biofeedback training in the clinic. Assessing bowel symptoms and anorectal manometry were recorded and compared before and after the therapy. Results After treatment,the symptoms were got improved.The rectal volume sensory threshold and the maximal volume of tolerance and the anorectal suppressed reflex threshold were decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Biofeedback treatment is effective for functional constipation.
