摘  要:目的探讨增龄因素对大鼠正畸牙齿移动过程中牙周组织内核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)表达的影响。方法用幼鼠(A组,35只)和成鼠(B组,35只)建立大鼠牙齿移动模型,以加力移动的左上第一磨牙的牙周膜和邻近牙槽骨为实验对象,免疫组化法检测相应牙周组织内RANKL因子的表达变化。结果 RANKL因子的阳性表达主要位于压力侧牙周组织内的牙周膜细胞和骨陷窝的破骨细胞中。加力后,A组和B组移动牙齿压力侧牙周组织内的RANKL因子表达均增强,峰值分别出现于第1周和第3周。与B组相比,A组加力后第3天和第1周的RANKL阳性表达明显增加,而第3、4、6、8周则减少(P<0.05)。结论增龄因素使得RANKL因子的表达具有不同的时相性变化规律。Objective To investigate the effect of aging on the receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL) expression in the periodontal tissues of rats during orthodontic tooth movement.Methods The models of orthodontic tooth movement were established in two groups of A(35 young rats) and B(35 adult rats).The periodontal membrane and adjacent alveolar bone in the upper-left corner of first molars were as the experimental objects.The RANKL expression in the compression site of periodontal tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression of RANKL mainly located in the periodontal ligament cells within periodontal tissue and the osteoclasts within bone lacunae.After forcing,the RANKL expressions on the compression sides of periodontal tissues were both increased in groups of A and B with a maximum on the 1st and 3rd week,respectively.Compared with group B,the positive expression of RANKL in group A was significantly increased on the 3rd day and 1st week,while decreased on the 3rd,4th,6th and 8th week(P0.05).Conclusion The RANKL expression has different phasic changes by aging.
