摘  要:目的探讨人肾癌细胞核因子-κB p65(NF-κB p65)表达与微血管生成的关系。方法免疫组化染色法检测40例肾癌组手术切除的肾癌细胞NF-κB p65表达,通过标记CD34阳性表达检测微血管密度(MVD)。对不同分期肾癌细胞内NF-κB p65阳性表达率及MVD进行比较并分析其与患者生存期关系。对照组10例肾组织取自远离肾癌的正常肾组织。结果 40例肾癌组织中,26例肾癌细胞内NF-κB p65阳性表达,对照组肾组织中未见阳性表达(P<0.01)。其中,晚期肾癌细胞内NF-κB p65阳性表达率明显高于肾癌早期(P<0.05)。与肾癌细胞内NF-κB p65阴性表达者比较,肾癌细胞NF-κB p65阳性表达者MVD数明显升高(P<0.01),而患者5年生存率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论肾癌细胞内NF-κB p65阳性表达与微血管生成密切相关,影响患者病情发展及预后。Objective To investigate the relationship of nuclear factor-κ B p65(NF-κB p65) expression and microvascular angiogenesis in renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods The expression of NF-κB p65 and the microvessel density(MVD) were detected by immunohistochemical staining method in the RCC samples from 40 cases after surgery(group R).The relationship of the positive expression of NF-κB p65 and MVD was analyzed in different stages of RCC.The results were compared to 10 normal renal samples taken far from RCC(group C).Results The positive expression rate of NF-κB p65 in group R was 65%(26/40),which was higher in the cases with late stage of RCC than that in those in the early stage.There was no positive expression of NF-κB p65 in group C.In RCC patients with NF-κB p65 positive expression,the MVD was obviously higher and the 5-year survival rate obviously lower.Conclusion The positive expression of NF-κB p65 is closely associated with microvascular angiogenesis in RCC,which affects the development and progression of RCC.
