青少年斑秃焦虑情绪和生活不良事件分析

摘　　要：目的调查斑秃患儿发病原因与精神因素的关系。方法对皮肤科门诊68例斑秃患儿(斑秃组)和74例健康儿童(对照组)采用儿童社会焦虑量表和青少年生活事件量表分析斑秃发病和精神因素关系。结果斑秃组儿童社交焦虑存在状态检出率为64.5%,对照组为38.7%(P<0.05)。斑秃组患儿生活事件发生频率前5位:考试失败或不理想95.2%,学习负担重90.9%,被人误会或错怪90.9%,家庭施加学习压力85.7%,遭父母打骂81.8%。斑秃组人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚、健康适应等因子以及总应激量均高于对照组。结论精神因素在儿童斑秃发病中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the relationship of psychosocial factors with alopecia areata（AA） in children.Methods With social anxiety scale for children（SASC） and adolescent self-rating life events check list（ASLEC）,the relationship of psychosocial factors and alopecia areata（AA） was analyzed in 68 AA adolescence（group A） and 74 healthy adolescence（group B）.Results The incidence of SASC was significantly higher in group A than that in group B（64.5% vs.38.7%）（P0.05）.The main self-rating life adverse events in AA adolescence were failure or bad results in examination（95.2%）,learning burden（90.9%）,misunderstood or unjust（90.9%）,study pressure from family（85.7%）,beaten by parents（81.8%）.The scores of interpersonal relation,learning burden,punishment,health and adaptation were higher in group A than those in group B.ConclusionThe psychosocial factors play an important role in the development of AA in adolescence.
