摘　　要：目的:研究抗凋亡基因Bag1在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素和预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法对62例胃癌及11例正常胃组织中Bag1基因的表达进行检测。所有的病人均电话随访。结果:胃癌组织中Bag1阳性表达率为41.9%(26/62),显著高于胃正常组织的9.1%(1/11)(P<0.05);Bag1在胃癌中的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、肿瘤发生的部位、浸润深度无关(P>0.05),但与胃癌病理分级、有无淋巴结转移及预后密切相关(P<0.05)。Bag1阳性的患者生存期短于阴性患者。结论:胃癌组织中存在不同水平Bag1基因的高表达,对胃癌的预后有重要意义。Objective：To investigate Bag1 expressions in gastric cancer and evaluate their clinical significance and prognosis.Methods： Bag1 expression was studied by immunohistochemistry in 62 gastric cancer tissues and 11 normal gastric tissues.All patients were followed up by phone.Results： The positive rate of Bag1 expression in gastric carcinoma tissues was 41.9%（26/62）,while it was 9.1%（1/11） in normal gastric tissues（P〈0.05）.Though Bag1 was positively related to tumor pathological grade,lymph node metastasis and prognosis（P〈0.05）,it was not related to sex,age,location,tumor diameter,depth of invasion（P〈0.05）.The survival period of Bag1-positive patients was shorter than negative patients.Conclusion： There is over expression of Bag1 in gastric cancer,it is of significant in prognosis of gastric cancer.
