摘　　要：目的:分析影响结肠癌淋巴结转移的相关因素以探讨其转移规律,为指导临床治疗、评估预后提供理论参考。方法:选取性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、大小、累及肠管周径、大体类型、组织类型、病理分级、浸润深度等相关因素,分析其与淋巴结转移之间关系。结果:单因素分析显示结肠癌淋巴结转移与大体类型、组织类型、病理分级、浸润深度有关(P<0.05);多因素分析显示大体类型、病理分级及浸润深度为影响淋巴结转移的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:影响结肠癌淋巴结转移的主要因素有大体类型、病理分级及浸润深度。Objective：To analyze the infuential factors related to lymph node metastasis in colon cancer,and explore the transfer rule for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.Methods：To analyze the relation of gender,age,tumor location,size,involving the intestinal circumference,gross type,histological type,pathologic grade and depth of invasion with lymph node metastasis by Kruskal-Wallis test and Logistic regression.Results：Univariate analysis result showed that lymph node metastasis of colon cancer was related to gross type,histological type,pathologic grade and depth of invasion（P〈0.05）.Multivariate analysis results demonstrated that gross type,pathologic grade and depth of invasion were important factors affecting lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There are some important factors affecting lymph node metastasis of colon cancer patients such as gross type,pathologic grade and depth of invasion.
