FGF-2在早期宫颈癌中的表达及其与微淋巴管生成的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期宫颈癌组织中成纤维生长因子-2(FGF-2)的表达与微淋巴管生成的关系及其意义。方法:运用免疫组织化学技术检测FGF-2在早期宫颈癌、CIN及慢性宫颈炎组织中的表达及其微淋巴管密度(LVD),微淋巴管采用D2-40标记。结果:FGF-2在早期宫颈癌组织中的表达及其LVD均显著高于CIN及慢性宫颈炎组织(P<0.05);两者在淋巴结转移组的表达也明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。早期宫颈癌组织中FGF-2的表达与LVD存在相关性,相关系数r=0.749(P<0.05),FGF-2阳性组LVD较FGF-2阴性组LVD显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:FGF-2在早期宫颈癌呈高表达且与LVD呈正相关,其可能通过诱导淋巴管生成促进淋巴结转移,可作为指导宫颈癌诊治及判断预后的一个重要指标,并有望成为宫颈癌治疗的靶点之一。Objective： To analyze the relationship and significance of FGF-2 expressions and lymphangiogenesis in early-stage cervical cancer.Methods： Immunohistochemical method was used to detect FGF-2 and LVD in early-stage cervical cancer,CIN,and chronic cervicitis.Lymphatic vessels were marked by D2-40.Results： The positive expression rate of FGF-2 and LVD in early-stage cervical cancer were much higher than that in CIN and chronic cervicitis（P〈0.05）;the positive expression rates of FGF-2 and LVD in lymph-node-positive group were much higher than that in lymph-node-negative group（P〈0.05）.The positive expression of FGF-2 had correlation with LVD（r= 0.749,P〈0.05）.The LVD of the positive group of FGF-2 was higher than that in the negative group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The positive expression of FGF-2 in cervical cancer has significantly correlation with LVD and it may induce lymphangiogenesis and promote the lymph node metastasis.The FGF-2 may be used as a valuable index in evaluating diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of cervical cancer,and it is expected to become one of the targets for the treatment of cervical cancer.
