摘　　要：目的明确乳腺肌上皮癌的病理特点及病理鉴别诊断,免疫组化表型。方法应用光镜观察及免疫组化染色方法对1例乳腺肌上皮癌进行临床病理分析,并复习文献。结果瘤细胞P63、细胞角蛋白、CD10、平滑肌肌动蛋白及波形蛋白均阳性。结论乳腺肌上皮癌诊断主要依靠组织病理形态学及免疫组织化学。Objective To explore the pathological features,differential diagnosis and immunohistochemical expression of myopithelial carcinoma of the breast.Methods Morphological observation and immunohistoehemistry were applied in one case of myopithelial carcinoma of the breast,and the literatures were also reviewed.Results The tumor cells were positive for P63,CK,CD10,SMA and VIM.Conclusion The pathological diagnosis of myopithelial carcinoma of the breast mainly relies on morpholoticl features and immunohistochemistry.
