摘　　要：氨基酸在发酵过程中生成的发酵液，尤其是将有效成分提纯分离过程中产生的尾液，在干燥过程中因为具有强吸潮、易粘壁、流动性差等特性，采用喷雾干燥等常规的干燥方式难以解决。本文所述的大型流化床喷雾造粒干燥工艺是专门用来将液体物料在流化床内喷雾、造粒、干燥和冷却，直接得到球形颗粒产品的生产技术，特别适合L-赖氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸等行业中的粗发酵液以及粗发酵液与精制过程中产生的各种尾液调配料的干燥制粒过程。所得产品颗粒密实、球形度好，具有出色的流动性，不易吸潮和破碎，可满足饲料添加剂、肥料等领域与其他物料混合施用的要求。单机产能高，设备体积小，自动化程度高，节能减排效果显著，特别适合大规模连续化工业生产。Because of the characteristics of high absorption of moisture, stickiness to shell or to lump, and lower fluidity presented in the especially the tail washings produced in the drying process, the fermentation purification of amino acids,it＇s broth of amino acids, difficult to effectively dry by the conventional spray dryers. The technology of large -scale SFB granulation ＆ drying is one that liquid material is granulated, dried and cooled in the fluidized bed by one step directly, which is fit for the drying and granulation of the crude fermentation broth, or mixture of fermentation broth and tail washings, produced in purification of lysine, threonine, tryptophan, etc. The product obtained are close - grained, high - spheroidic particles with high fluidity, lower absorption of moisture and lesser breakage, which fulfills the demand of mixing with other ingredients in the fields of feed additives, fertilizer, etc. The whole set of system is characterized by high unit capacity, small floor space, high - automatic level, distinct effect of energy - saving and mitigation of emission. It is especially applicable for large -scale continuous production.
