金铃子汤加味治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察金铃子汤加味治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效及应用价值。方法将62例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,治疗组采用自拟金铃子汤加味治疗,对照组采用舒肝片治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的主要症状变化和胃镜检查结果。结果治疗组显效率71.88%,总有效率87.50%;对照组显效率70.00%,总有效率86.67%,两组治疗前后症状比较和胃镜检查结果比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论金铃子汤加味治疗慢性浅表性胃炎与舒肝片疗效相当,是有效方剂,值得深入研究。Objective To observe the effect of self-made Fructus Toosendan decoction on chronic superficial gastritis（CSG）.Methods 66 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（32）,control group（30） and obsolete group（4）.The main symptoms changes of chronic superficial gastritis were observed.Results The obvious effective rate of Fructus Toosendan decoction was 71.88% and total effective rate was 87.50% in treatment group,while the obvious effective rate was 70.00% and total effective rate was 86.67% in control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment symptoms and gastroscopy,P〈0.05.Conclusion Fructus Toosendan decoction is an effective prescription inchronic superficial gastritis and it deserves further research.
