结直肠癌中Rac1的表达研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Rac1蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法本研究拟采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶法(S-P法)联合检测75例结直肠癌组织中Rac1蛋白的表达。结果正常大肠黏膜中Rac1蛋白的不表达,结直肠癌中Rac1蛋白的阳性表达率明显升高,阳性表达率为76%。Rac1蛋白高表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有显著关系(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌中Rac1蛋白表达上调。Rac1蛋白的高表达可能促进结直肠癌的侵袭和转移。Objective To explore the expression and significance of Rac1 in colorectal carcinoma tissues.Methods The expression of Rac1 protein in 75 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues was detected by immunohistochemical methods（SP）.Results Rac1 protein was not expressed in normal large intestine mucous membrane,however,the positive rate of expression of Rac1 protein in colorectal carcinoma tissues was obviously increased（76%）.The high expression of Rac1 protein was closely correlated with histological differentiation degree,depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis of the carcinoma（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of Rac1 protein is increased in colorectal cancer tissues,and the high expression of Rac1 protein may promote the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
