摘  要:采用培养皿种子发芽法,对10个不同白皮小麦品种进行种子活力各项指标及淀粉酶活性测定,结果表明,不同品种间种子活力及淀粉酶活性均存在差异。高活力种子α-淀粉酶活性大。相关分析还显示,α-淀粉酶活性与种子发芽率、发芽指数成高度正相关,致使种子发芽快;小麦收获期遇阴雨潮湿环境易穗上发芽。By using seed germination methods in culture dish, serveral traits related to seed viability and activity of amylase were studied for10 white wheat varieties. Results indicated that significant difference existed in seed viablity and activity of aylase among the different varieties tested, and the seed with high viablity also has high activity of amylase. Results from correlation analysis showed that activity of a - amylase has high positive correlations with germination rate and germination index, which speed up seed germination. If rained in wheat harvesting period, the spike sprouting will occur under the moist evironment.
