摘　　要：IL-2又称为T细胞生长因子,可以促进T细胞依赖性免疫反应。然而近期研究表明I,L-2的主要作用为维持调节性T细胞的活性,进一步调节免疫反应。IL-2可以作为自身免疫疾病的一种潜在治疗策略,改善由自身抗体引起的自身免疫疾病。本文从IL-2在免疫反应早期对调节性T细胞的作用等方面综述了IL-2在治疗自身免疫疾病方面的研究进展。IL-2,also known as T cell growth factor,can promote T cell-dependent immune response.However,recent studies have shown that the main function of IL-2 is to maintain activity of Treg cells,to further regulate the immune response. Therefore,IL-2 can be used as a potential therapeutic strategy of autoimmune diseases to improve autoimmune diseases that is caused by autoantibodies.This paper will briefly explain the recent research progress of IL-2 in treating autoimmune diseases based on the function of IL-2 on Treg cells in the early stage of immune response.
