震后基层医院护理人员生活质量调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解震后基层医院护理人员生活质量,为灾后护理工作重建提供参考。方法采用生活质量综合评定问卷,对213名极重灾区护理人员及90名非极重灾区护理人员进行测评。结果极重灾区护理人员较非极重灾区护理人员总体生活质量无差异,但物质功能维度有所降低,较一般健康女性生活质量差,尤以北川县护理人员生活质量最差。结论相关部门应重视灾区护理人员生活质量状况,并从多方面进行干预。Objective To investigate the post - earthquake quality of life of nursing staff in primary hospital to provide evidence for the post - disaster reconstruction. Method The questionnaire on comprehensive assessment of quality of life was used to evaluate the quality of life of the 213 nurses in heavy disaster area and 90 nursing staff in normal disaster area. Result There was no difference on quality of life of nursing staff between heavy and normal disaster area, but decreased physical function dimensions was found in the heavy disaster area, and the quality of life was poor than general women, especially in Beichuan County. Conclusion The quality of life of nursing staff should be paid attention to, and intervention ean be given in many ways.
